Cookie Policy
Last updated: 4 August 2026
This policy explains how SQO Consulting uses cookies and similar technologies on this website, and the choices you have. It should be read together with our Privacy Policy.
1. What cookies are
Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website. They are widely used to make sites work, or work more efficiently, and to provide information to site owners. Similar technologies include local storage, pixels, and tags.
2. Categories of cookies we use
- Strictly necessary: required for core functionality such as session handling, basic security, and remembering that you have seen the cookie notice. These cannot be switched off.
- Functional: remember choices you make on the site (for example, dismissing a banner or language preferences) so the site behaves as you expect on your next visit.
- Analytics: if enabled, help us understand how visitors use the site in aggregate, so we can improve content and performance. We do not use analytics cookies to identify individuals.
- Third-party: when you open the Calendly booking widget or follow embedded links, those providers may set their own cookies under their own privacy and cookie policies.
3. Your choices
On your first visit, we display a cookie notice that allows you to accept or dismiss non-essential cookies. You may change your decision at any time by clearing the site data for sqoconsulting.com in your browser, after which the notice will appear again.
Most browsers also let you refuse or delete cookies entirely through their settings. Blocking strictly necessary cookies may stop parts of the site from working.
4. Do Not Track
Some browsers offer a "Do Not Track" signal. There is no industry-wide standard for how sites should respond to this signal, so we do not currently respond to it. We treat all visitors in line with the choices described above.
5. Changes
We may update this policy as our use of cookies changes. The "last updated" date above will reflect any changes.
6. Contact
Questions about cookies can be sent to ozzyj@sqoconsulting.com.
